When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on its way. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Choose free local pickup at checkout and pick up in Metairie or Covington. You'll get an email when your order is ready with the pickup details.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not right now. We ship within the United States only.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What ages are these toys for?
Our squishies and toys are recommended for ages 6 and up. Some products contain small parts and aren't intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended, especially with filled squishies. Please stop using any toy that becomes damaged or starts to leak.
Do you sell wholesale?
Not at this time. Our squishies and toys are sold only through our shop.
